Legal Services of Eastern Missouri’s privacy policy is clear:
Other than the information collected and stored (see below), we compile no information about you when you visit our website, unless you choose to provide that information to us. We will not discuss any personal information you decide to provide us, unless disclosure is required by law.

When you browse our website we automatically collect and temporarily store the following information about your visit:
- the domain name you use to access the the internet
- the type of browser and operating system you used
- the date and time of your activity
- the pages your visited
- the web address you used to visit our website
We use this information for statistical purposes only, to help make our website more accessble to visitors. Unless specifically stated otherwise, no additional personal information will be collected.
Personally provided information
If you choose to provide personal information about yourself, we will use the information only to respond to your request, or to fulfil the stated purpose of the communication. We will not disclose any personal information, unless disclosure is required by law.
For example: if you make a Freedom of Information Act request, your name and a copy of your request normally must be disclosed if requested by anyone. Your home address and phone number, however, would be protected under FIOA’s privacy exemption.
